Vince/Dalembert for Camby: Who wins?

Okay, this should seem really obvious, but I need some convincing. I'm getting Camby. Stat-wise, I seem to improve in every area because I get a top-10 ranked player for two mid-50 players. Did I win?

Couple things. If this is roto I like the deal whether it's 8 cats or 9. But if it's h2h I think if you're playing in an 8 cat league I'd rather have Vince and Sam.

I'm in H2H but Vince has been sucking it up. There's a few good people in FA left that I can pick up.

I say Camby side wins...

unless 2 of 3 things happen

Jason Kidd is traded from the Nets making Carter have to play like crazy
Andre Miller is traded from the 76ers making Dalembert have to step up and play huge
or Camby gets hurt
