I think our success is usally due to how well Parker plays, when he is on, it seems like our whole team flows better, I dont know the stat but when he scores 20 or more I think we usually win.

Man..everytime I watch AP play..i keep wishing he was yonger. Absolutely amazing. So glad I have him on my fantasy roster.

AP has been playing incredibly well. Even I will eat my own words where I said AP is on a decline since he was playing poorly at the start of the season.

But AP is ON FIRE as of late. He should get more touches since he's hot atm.

Given all the hate and pro-trade sentiment that follows every player on our team, I don't see why AP deserved a pass when he was clearly playing poorly in the early going.

I love AP too, but let's be realistic here. We're not a retirement home for 'nice' guys. We are in the business of catapulting this team into a championship contender year in and year out. Will AP be part of that group that finally makes it there? Definitely not. If there is a package deal from a serious contender at the trade deadline for AP, that will help short and long-term, BC will pull the trigger. I can't see his value any higher than it is right now. It has to be for the right player(s) though going forward. I don't think BC would care if AP put another team over the top, as long as it helped put us over the top someday too.

ap is awesome and is our best 3 point shooter. he's so reliable. it sucks that he's so old. in the future, i hope we can find a replacement of the same caliber but it'll be hard.

Just when he started to be a little more consistent, he goes back to his old ways.. aside from that miracle shot, he was garbage...

Hopefully its only one game though...If not then Mr.Inconsistent is back..

We need reliable scoring from the wings in the worst way.

We are a completely different team when AP is on his game.

Our wing players are very boom or bust. Delfino is the freaking king of this, but AP falls victim to it also.

He's had a good stretch this month, but you can't be totally sure he's going to be there every game.

It's killing us right now, their inconsistencies is costing us winning streaks and a chance to really get on a roll. It seems like they all take the same nights off, Parker and Delfino in particular, when they're both on we're hard to beat, when they're both off we're getting no production from the wings and have to depend on Bosh and Calderon to score on nearly every possession. Kapono has been a no show this entire month, and we can't depend on Jamario to give us anything consistently offensively.

Hence why one night we can beat a team like Boston and another night lose to an undermanned Wizards team.

We're not that far away from contending. And AP has a lot of good years left from what I can see. At least 2 or 3. Probably more considering how hard he works.

I see no reason to deal our best all around basketball player (not necessarily most talented, although I suspect in his younger years we might be calling him our best player outright), he knows how to play the game the right way. We desperately need that given how a lot of our players are lacking in fundamentals. It's somewhat disturbing to me that so many NBA players are such bad basketball players (in the strategic & timing aspects of the game).
