Chris Bosh: Best scoring big in the NBA?
Do you believe that Bosh could become the best scoring big in the nba? or that he is already there?
Lately this guy has become unguardable.

Now that i think about it you may be right. KG doesn't really have to do all the scoring since he has Peirce and Allen but if he didn't have those two he may have higher scoring numbers this season.

I see KG as more dominant player than Bosh right now. Overall and scoring wise.
If there going one on one with each other, my money would be on KG at this time.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately, too. I would take Bosh over Garnett as a scorer (even if KG does everything else better), but am not sure if he's better than Amare or Dirk.
If Bosh is just on a hot streak, then I'd give the nod to Stoudemire or Nowitzki. But if this is Chris Bosh playing injury-free for the first time in a long time and getting ready to enter his prime years, then he certainly makes a case for himself as the best scoring big man in the NBA.

Dirks scoring comes mostly from the perimeter sometimes. He really doesnt have the face up game Bosh has around the hoop so I consider him like a small forward in that sense. Amare does't create many of his points. He is usually hit on the move and given open dunks.

Bosh is in the mix for #3. His jumper seems to be back--add that to his ability to get to the basket and his developing back to the basket game and he's very tough to stop

As much as I like Bosh and love him on our team he still isn't the best scoring big (and I'm not sure who is) until he can score against the best defenders ... both Rasheed Wallace and Kevin Garnett have done a great job of getting him out of his game, hell even that jonut twin on New Jersey (can't remember his name) rattled him in the playoffs last year ... I like where he's at, I just wish he would play much better defense

The knock on Bosh when comparing him to K.G was always the all NBA defense K.G exerted season in and out, I don't think there is much debate in as an offensive player. Bosh currently is a better scorer than K.G, gets to the line a lot more often and even settles for less jumpers (this season). Has K.G ever gone on a streak where he put so many 30 + point games in a 15 stretch? Probably, but I'm guessing that was a while ago.
If Bosh continues this play, he could end up averaging 25 + points by season's end.
I think I'd still take Dirk over him offensively, but it's close and that's it.
