No surprise from my end. I figured he'd be nabbed as the fourth guard, but since they only selected three guards (I though each team had ten players, not nine), he's on the outside looking in.

I think Moon is easily the most overrated player this side of D-Wade. I know he is a feel good story so that's why he gets alot of press, but come on. He averages what? 8 points a game, while playing 29 minutes per? Everyone says how great of a defender he is, well obviously isn't that great of a defender because Jamison dropped 24 yesterday, on a bad game, and Blatche broke out last night with 19 and 8. Next year when he is not a 27 year old, out of no-where rookie I am sure that he'll be a scrub just like the rest of them who don't break in til 27.

I can't really dispute any of the individual names but I think it's bogus that the Sonics and Grizzlies get two players each while the Wizards, a playoff team, don't get any love.

He also puts up 6 rebounds, 1.5 blocks, and 1 steal with a decent 0.45 shooting percentage from the field. He's not a star, and probably isn't ever going to play all that much better than what he's shown so far, but he's a pretty darn good role player and I can't see any real issue with him going to the game.

What a travesty! It's a sham that Nick doesn't get the love he deserves. Were talking about a future star here. Dude has MJ like talent and ability.

In 5 yrs when Nick is leading the league in scoring and getting multiple MVPs we'll all look back at this and laugh.

He MAY be a future star, but Young doesn't seem to have any kind of presence about him so far. Passes up open shots, out of position on defense, high school-style reach-in fouls. Probably does not deserve to be on the Rookie team.

I think its kinda stupid to have 2 27 year old rookies on the team. Kinda takes the point out of it for me.

Moon will be out of the league in a few years. Jeff Green has been terrible. I know they have to put Durant in it but he has been HORRIBLE too.

Not surprised or particularly upset at Young's snub. He is pretty inconsistent and doesn't yet really understand the game... though he shows tantalizing flashes.

I am still regretful however that we didn't draft Sean Williams.

This is a mistake. I am a fan of JCN, but N1 > JCN in most categories that matter. He just didnt get the minutes that JCN got so far this season. I hope N1 wears this as a chip on his shoulder.

Conley is on there solely for name recognition.

Jeff Green is really the unjustifiable inclusion here, saying that as a GU alum. He has a per of 6.6 at the SF position (usual caveats about 82games position analysis):

His impact on team performance is terrible, though that's probably because he's playing beside Durant, and the two obviously shouldn't be on the floor at the same time.

None of his top 5-man units (time-wise) feature him at SF next to a non-Durant SG.

He's shooting 29% on jumpers.

I will be more upset about this if Jamison and Butler don't both make the all-star team.

I kinda saw this coming, thats why I had a poll for it. They overlooked him on the dunk competition so I knew he might not be on their radar. I saw green going in just because of having to do alot of time playing so they have to look at him, Conley going in is BS cause he played so few games.. but they want a pass first point guard and he had a few games here and there. Oh and also three players who are around 27? the rookie team is older than the soph team also it's funny that bargagni made the game. I know hes a number one pick but he hasnt been playing like one, is Tyrus Thomas a sophomore? is he in it, I gotta check
All in all I think the league finds it easy to screw us because we are not a name franchise. I hope this makes Nick step up and prove he's the one better players in this draft
