+/-'s are ridiculous and stupid numbers to go by. With your logic there, you're suggesting Rashard is more valuable than Hedo.
And you can't compare their all-star situations. Two different players at two different positions with much different competition.
As I said, I dont think you can truly judge their effect by stats alone. If Dwight can come farther along offensively, he'll be the easy choice.
Hedo basically carries us in the 4th quarter. Dwight can't be counted on most of the time.
EDIT: This is just my opinion though guys! Not trying to argue or start something, my view on Hedo is just a bit different. I think of him a bit higher in terms of his effect this year.
