Ford to return to practice Friday (pg 8)

Post#1 » by yucatan87 » Thu Jan 31, 2008 1:17 am

Raptors GM Bryan Colangelo said Wednesday that Ford's prognosis is "becoming clearer" and "it's no longer a matter of if," but when the injured guard will be back on the court.

It's definitely worthwhile information; if nothing else, it puts my mind to ease knowing that his return is inevitable.

If your mind's at ease, then all our minds are at ease.

Hearing BC say not "if" but "when" is worthy news to get posted.

According to Lucas it sounds like Ford will be very close to his old self when he returns.

And just when will that be?

"Very shortly" according to Lucas.

Very shortly, and now soon. :uhoh:
Rough date please.

Good News.

I'd love to know a specific date though, but that's not happening.

Time to trade Calderon while his value is at an all time high.

Calderon for Granger anyone?

So, most likely he will return to practice soon (maybe a week). Practice for about a week. Im thinking he returns the game before the all star break.

Sweet. We might hit 47 wins or more if our offence doesn't go to crap when Jose leaves.

I think Jose's established himself as starter for the forseeable future. TJ's the backup.

First of all, I don't even want to trade Calderon... He's one of the few... that I like on this team.

2ndly, if we're to trade calderon....His all time high value is the same worth as an okay Granger? Come on now, step it up.
