By the way, Arroyo played so awful today. I can't believe you guys wouldn't trade him for West.. maybe we can work some Mobley/Francis magic with him and Nelson.

Hedo won't make the All-Star Game as the field is strong this year and this is the first year he's played to this level. If he keeps it up next year he has a strong chance.

If West actually passes the ball to Dwight, I'll be happy.

and if they see him as "an ugly mug with no star appeal" ? LOL. D12 is on a roll tonight though.

Well, you're great at making assumptions, you should be able to follow along...

I'm assuming that the coaches are a little more objective when voting than the popularity contest that goes on when the fans pick the starters.

You can't judge a guys impact by his stats.

I just think Hedo has had more of an impact on this team. He's having a career year, and it seems like as he goes, we go. He's been playing his best ball this past week and a half, and we're what? 5-1?

As I said, long-term I would choose Dwight over Turk, but Hedo has been hitting big shots for us all year, WHILE being our best passer and slasher.

He does everything for us.

Dwight has a long ways to go offensively before I can proclaim him the best at anything. Although, if this was last year, I'd be saying Howard is the man hands down.

hey man you won't be able to convince people that hedo is more valuable to this team than dwight this season...it's just a really bold statement to make, and you're comparing apples and oranges. hedo is a versatile, clutch player who is having a great year, but it's his first. dwight on the other hand is dwight, and he spells domination. like i said before, hedo may be the engine but dwight is the wheels and you can't go without wheels...

I didn't get leaving in the starters to finish the game.

That could backfire big time on SVG. I'm sure he was looking for the strong cohesive finish.....but against the middle and bottom of the Heat roster?

C'mon Stan, not real smart there.........

Still, a win is a win.

Stan has talked about this in the past. Those minutes at the end of a game aren't going to make or break whether or not the player is going to be well rested for the next game. I am still watching the game since I had to record it but it may have also been if the team was not finishing up the way Stan wanted them too.

I wasn't referring to the players being rested.

I was referring to the added risk of injury by playing players meaningless minutes in a late 4th quarter blow out. It is natural for guys to begin to coast on either team once the game has reached a blow out status.

That's when players are subject to get hurt....(not playing 100% at game speed while others are, then, trying to adjust back to game speed).

In this case......... risk did not equal reward.

That and because he doesn't run plays for Dwight anymore.

You asked my question. He didn't appear to be at the game.

My grandpa is 2-0 on the season when attending a game.
Pretty lackluster game where it seemed like the halftime special with the UNBELIEVABLY FLEXIBLE HOT CHICK SHOOTING ARROWS WITH HER LEGS was the highight of the night.
Even the Magic dancers dunking for the first time in a month failed because too many girls **** up (they tried a new more organized routine and they looked rusty, new girls killed the chemistry).
Stuff had a ton of fun tonight as always.

Bob Delaney was pretty bad and Sweater Vest guy let him have it.
Flo-Rida in the house for anyone that cares.

Hedo again showing how superb he's been this season. Even if he doesn't get in the All Star Game, he's certainly our All Star. :D

SVG should've put the bench in coming out of that timeout with under 3 minutes to go, I'm just happy no one got hurt.
Need to get the win in Philly, hopefully we won't sleep-walk as much as we did tonight.
