You can sublease it. Meaning, you can rent it out to someone else for those 3 months.

I had straight #1 diesel in it which should be good down to -35 or -40 and it made in fine in the morning so I thought I was OK. Didn't think it would gel up just sitting outside in the wind. Guess I know now. Luckily we have a heated maintenance garage that I was able to put it in so it warmed up in about an hour and a half and I did put in anti-gel additive just to be sure.

Gotta love winter.

In Canada, we dance shirtless in the streets at -20. At -40, we put on a T-shirt.

What part of Canada are you in? I work less than 2 miles from the border.
