I'm still undecided here. I think he gets them to play hard every night and he may deserve a shot to coach with some superior talent next year(hopefully) but little things bother me alot (inability to defend the 3, horrific out of bounds/out of timeout plays).
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

I'm probably going to have a problem with "something" from any coach and I think Mo is earning himself the right to coach a Sixer team that isn't controlled by Iverson and Webber or a team that just blew everything up to start from scratch. If he can get 32 wins from this year's team, I think he can get 41+ wins from this team next year when the youngsters will have another year of experience and he should have something resembling a starting PF.

Wow, the Bucks have a lot of talent but, like the Knicks, have major chemistry issues. I think it went downhill for them once they traded TJ Ford away.
Charlie V would be a great addition for the Sixers. Loads of talent. Can hit shots from inside and outside. Can rebound and has long arms that could make him a good defender. However, from his 1 year in Toronto, you need to be on him all the time. I think Sam Mitchell had to ride him hard every night or else he'll coast.
Nevetheless, I would still try to pick him up because the cost to get him is pretty low right now. Maybe an expiring or 2 would do because the Bucks are pretty high up against the cap right now and they've got to break that team up. Ollie and a 1st for Charlie?

are you kidding me? a 1st rounder for a guy that is 6'11 and can't rebound? couldn't we just USE that first rounder for the same type of player? or, hell, even a 2nd rounder? i wouldn't mind villanueva at all. for ollie and 2 round trip tickets to anywhere in the US. no way in hell is he worth a 1st round pick (coming from a god awful team). just send them cash since the pick would have to have so much protection it would never actually turn into a pick.

Again... I would take CV if it cost next to nothing but I don't believe we need him. I figure that our 8 man rotation next year will be the following.
1. Iguodala
2. Miller
3. Young
4. New PF we get during the summer
5. Dalembert
6. LouWill
7. Jason Smith
8. Our first round pick
CV would end up being a 9th man at best on this team next year and since he seems to want PT... I just don't know that he'd be any happier here than he is in Milwaukee.

Wait. Since when couldn't Villanueva rebound?

I think Smith's D stinks, personally. He's a decent pick and roll defender, and can block an occasional shot, but overall is a bad man-man defender IMO. I'd take Villanueva over Smith without thinking twice about it.

I like Smith's hustle and think he has a better mentality as a big man who comes off of the bench. Also, his height is nice. I believe Villanueva is the better baller but mentally he just doesn't seem to have it together which was the knock on him at UConn.
I was really down on Charlie V when he got drafted but the kid had a strong rookie season. He just hasn't seemed to fit in Milwaukee and maybe that's the problem.
What do you believe CV's current trade value to be??
