I don't know what is worse the overexposure of the presidential race or the super bowl ? Where are the golden state highlights? :banghead:

The Presidential race determines the leader of the free world, particularly in an election cycle with some innovative candidates. It should be overexposed, compared to all the celebrity bullsh*t that the American media constantly feeds its sheep (or people, whatever word you prefer).

Well if you're expecting an easier schedule for the second half of the season, it ain't coming. Warriors have the 5th hardest schedule left in the NBA.

The last five or six games have really proved to me that the Warriors play to the level of their competition. They thought they owned Houston and came out flat, maybe they were looking a little ahead to NO. Then on a backend roadie against the supernova Hornets the Warriors play a tremendous game. They definitely play to the level of their competition.

The Future.

I like Larry Brown but he'd be a terrible match for the Warriors personnel.

Larry Brown is the most overrated coach the league has ever seen.

Now I'll shut up

Fixed it.

You think a presidential election is any different than that stuff?
Heck, do you think the president is the leader of the free world?

Wacky stuff there man.

BTW,
One can very easily argue that Gary Payton's playoff record (before coattailing shaq) was not better than Iverson's.

Something to think about.

i think you guys should hope for 7th seed exactly... any higher and no more underdog mentality and lose and lower you end up facing utah again in 2nd round.
Sasha Vujacic = The Phail Machine = The Ring Blocker

Trade Sasha before he ruins the Lakers next season.

Payton in his prime was one of my favorite players. I'm not sure if he's a mentor, though. He's so competitive, he'd probably be trying to beat Monta out. Payton was a better defender than Monta, Monta a better scorer. Several times in his career, GP averaged almost nine assists a game. I don't know if Monta can get 8 or 9 APG during a season. But AI can get 9 APG and I don't want him as my PG either.

too early to tell for monta, but GP avg about 24ppg one season. payton is a baller...payton is just as tall as ellis too at 6'3. payton might even be 6'4

Portland loses tonight, drops to 9th.

2 games between 10th and 7th, and 4th with Denver/Utah/Portland division. Crazy.

I missed part of the game but sounds like this Monta pass at the end is something to behold. But does anyone remember that nasty rebound he had in the second half. He went flying up from somewhere outside the key and ripped that thing from out of the air. Monta's rebounding improvement over the course of the season has been amazing.

People talk about the pass, but not the nine boards.

I knew I liked David West, and he really is a nice player, but does he really need to bellow "AND ONE!" *every* time he takes it to the rim?

My favorite Monta play was the high bounce dribble over Pargo.

Barnes has been playin real well.

Our ball movement is so much better lately.

Less Pietrus.......More Wright!!!

I missed the game just wanted to know how Bwright scored and how he looked for the time he got to play?

With Webber coming over, maybe he can give back to the W's franchise by mentoring/coaching Bwright to become a better player next season.

I think with Webber coming over, I think the W's could become a team that could play more effectively in a half court game and shoot less desperation 3's...

I'll predict that they deal Harrington to get Artest and the team will be complete. How scary will this team be on and off the court.

When we make shots, we start the game hot.

When we miss shots the team comes out cold.
