what does "starting" have to do with the end result ?

Manu doesnt Start. Barbosa doesnt Start. Terry doesnt start.

^ Nothing at all.

The question is mainly posed to see how he would perform with our starting unit against other starters.

Each of those players are getting 30 minutes a game and they know what they have in those players.

To some of us fans, starting doesn't mean anything. However, to some of these players, it means everything.

Personally, I wouldn't care if I was starting or coming off the bench as long as I got my minutes. Some of these players, though, will pout if they're not starting.
