Rumor from KTLA Channel 5 in LA - Shaq to the Suns

KTLA Channel 5 in Los Angeles reported that the Heat and Suns were close to a trade that would send Marion and Marcus Banks to the Heat for Shaq. Has anyone else heard of this?

Phoenix would never trade for Shaq, let alone give up Marion for him.
