Why Parker Not Invited To 3pt Contest?

Is there like a special rule why Parker can't participate. I mean this guy has been flat out amazing the past two years. I don't see why he doesn't get an invite. He's been in the top 5 3pt field goal % the last two years.

He got invited last year, he just chose to watch his sister play instead.

He didn't want to go last year, maybe he just pre-empted them?

I think Parker is enough of a family man that he really prefers to spend his weekend off with his family. He's a low-key guy in general.

How do you know Parker wasn't invited. Did they reveal the field yet?

Parker said so himself that he wasn't invited last year and that if he had been invited, he would've gone for sure.

Atleast if kapono wins we can safely say we got 2 3pt champs in raptors. In my opinion i like parkers shot better than kaponos. But kaponos just got that amazing quick release. Who you think has a better shooting style? Kapono is more of a spot up shooter where as parker likes to curl and take the fadaway shot.

I like Parker's shot more.

Imagine AP and JK in the finals, no, our whole team should have a 3pt compt.

I just assumed since they announced the all-star reserves and they said that bosh will be joining moon, bargnani, and kapono in some article =P

Lol what a lie. Dont make up stuff. He was invited last year but he turned them it down because he wanted to watch Candace his sister playing.

i wasn't making stuff up.

hell, i read that stuff here last year.
at first everyone was talking about parker saying he was invited but went to his sisters game instead.
but then later there was an interview with parker with him saying he was never invited.
why the hell would i make this up?

I read an article a while back...they did have a 3 pt competition once during practice even CB4 participated, AP was quoted saying everyone was trying to keep up with Jason Kapono

bahhh, fine... maybe i just dreamt it...

but i do know that the story of him being invited and turning it down was from an isreali newspaper/news website.
