So when do we find out?

I'm actually finding myself really excited for Baron and for our team. I really didn't think I cared about the All star game, until I wathced one of our players really work his ass off for it.

And on the flip side, if Baron get's snubbed, he's going to make the rest of the league pay big time.

I think they're announcing it tonight on TNT before the Dallas/Boston game...

I had that same thought. I'm torn between wanting him to make it, and wanting to see him tear the league a new one for the rest of the season if they snub him.

Baron deserves to be out there. Without him we are a super sub-par team. Hes the entire all-star package.
Lets Go Baron Davis...i dont care what jersey you put on. Lets go.
Big Smooth is focused and ready to handle the centers of the league.
Curry and Ellis will be a top 5 back court this season. 6/25/2010

At this point, I fully agree. He's not a perfect player, but he has performed exceptionally this season, played every game and led a team to a winning record. He genuinnely does deserve it this year.

That's not to say other players aren't deserving as well, but someone deserving seems to always get left out in the west while clowns like Joe Johnson make it in the east.

Baron is our guy who deserves it, and W fans should be pulling/happy for him.

i dont understand the love affair with calderon.

hes putting up 1.5 more assists than TJ did and they have the same amount of wins(TJ starting had 12, Calderon has 13). TJ scored more and they play in the East where the strenght of schedule is inexistent. if Calderon is the second best point guard, the East has fallen down even lower.

Not getting an extension was enough motivation for Baron.

we'll probably be the only good team with no representation AS weekend. :nonono:

I hope the chip on his shoulder allows us to smoke every team that sent a player, and crush their playoff hopes.

I'm really dissapointed for us and for Baron though. For the first time in a long time, a Warrior deserved and earned a spot. He should be there, and we should have our guy to cheer for this year.

It kinda seemed like he knew last night. When he did the postgame interview, he was pretty resigned to his fate.

Oh well . . . at least we know he has motivation to have another career year next season, even if we extend him in the summer.

A few years back I was really disappointed when JRich didn't make it, but Ginobili did. Jason was blowing out Manu in every single catagory, but got no love.

i understand that winning teams get the nod, but SA got 3 guys in that year.

That's why I thought this year would be different, we're winning.

It's no wonder Baron feels the way he does and has a chip on his shoulder. He's been dissed consistantly.

This wasn't a hard outcome to predict. Put team allegiance on hold, consider the voting interests around the league and disregard what we think of NBA marketing strategy because this is the one chance for the coaches to get what they want and reward what they care about or haven't come to hate yet, and press start.

It was West and Roy and had been for some time.
