Time to reflect: Two alleged trades we didn't make

In my mind, here's how PG tiers break down, and you can correct me if I'm wrong:

Tier 1:
1. Chris Paul
2. Steve Nash
3. Chauncey Billups
4. Baron Davis
5. Tony Parker (debatable)
6. Jason Kidd

Tier 2:
1. Deron Williams
2. Jose Calderon
3. TJ Ford (minus the injuries)
4. Andre Miller
5. Devin Harris

Tier 3:
Felton, Hinrich, Rondo, etc.

Deron Williams is a Tier 2 PG? Joking right? You're also forgetting Wade altogether in there. Move Billups out of there, I don't even consider him a PG, Detroit pretty much plays with two SGs. Agent Zero also might disagree with this list see how he's not on it. I'd also take Jamaal Tinsley (minus attitude) over Andre Miller. I see Rondo's gaining a lot of fans, I want to see him play on the Clippers and see what he can do then.

We went and got Delfino to do what Childress does off the bench. I tell you this flat out: We do that trade and we flop records and playoff position with Atlanta.

Well, given that we're talking about non reality here, Childress would've made the Kapono signing unnecessary, so we'd have SF/SG wing rotations of Moon-Childress and Parker-Delfino, which is (in my opinion) better than the current lineup; we'd have whoever we drafted at No.11, either a backup PG to replace Jose, or someone to fill another need; and with the money saved from not signing Kapono, we could have signed a backup PG (e.g., Blake, etc.), if we didn't draft one. Further, we'd have changed the future (i.e. the past, for original Star Trek fans), so in the game against Atlanta in which TJ got hurt, Horford would've been somewhere else because he speaks Spanish and would've been turning to slap Jose upside the head because of Jose's incessant irritating jabbering in Spanish... So now Atlanta would have the injured starting PG and would be back in lottery contention, while the Raps would be back to being the Team of the Future.

We don't know how Childress would've panned out in Toronto. He's in a team filled with swingmen with Johson, Smith, and Marvin. Maybe in a team like Toronto, he would've had a breakout season.

I would take Josh Smith for Jose, but I think Atlanta would back out now. I wouldnt have done the Childress for Jose deal.

One trade you forgot to mention was Humphries for Bellinelli. Thank god BC didn't pull the trigger. The Milwaukee offer was horrible. I bet BC would've drafted Belinelli with that 6th pick.

Why's everyone complaining? All things constant, we will be appearing in our second straight playoff appearance. Pretty great feat considering we were snooping in NYK territory prior to BC.
