Cons of Kupchak; horrid drafting 2000-2004. Missed out on Prince, who went to Detroit and helped them beat the Lakers in 04, quite possibly costing the Lakers a championship. Missed out on Barbosa (for Cook of all players), making Phoenix that much stronger in 06 and costing the Lakers a WCF appearance that year. The Radman signing, Vlade, signing, McKie signing, and keeping bums like Rush and Slava around.

Pros of Kupchak: everything else. From Farmar, to Turiaf, to Bynum, to Fisher (nice surprise), to Ariza, and now to Gasol....seriously, talk about a resurgence. In less than 3 seasons Kupchak and the FO have officially won my heart back. Brilliant. Even if Gasol goes down with some terrible injury, you have to credit this FO with an absolutely brilliant move. Just WOW.
