Pat G, Arroyo, KeDo and Augustine would work.

But who'd be our backup PG? When Jameer is out, who is our starting PG?

Pat Garrity. It wouldn't matter, cuz we'd have Gasol.

Thinking ahead is lame.

I agree with all of you on MIlller, I have been saying this for months that he is the perfect sg for our team, his passing and rebounding for a sg are great and he has playmaking ability like Hedo

also he is pretty tall so running that small lineup up front with rashard and having jameer in the backcourt wouldn't be so bad

Mo evans coming off the bench, we would be solid

I would EASILY give up an un-protected 1st round pick

Wow Darko and Brown on the same team, two draft busts that should be fun to see.

Memphis gets a prospect in JC and alot of dough for the offseason, they can prob just sign Deng or Gordan that way they never had to trade for em.

hello Lakers..... hello contenders.

this just made them a HELL of a lot deeper and better. WOW. considering they went from potentially trading Kobe this offseason, to now having Kobe, Pau, Lamar and Bynum. WTF. that's insane.

naturally, we didn't want to pursue that move because we like what we've got

add to that: hello potential new Lakers/Celtics era???

the Magic just need to find a way to muscle in on that and become the upset team.

Dude, seriously, what is your deal?

I'm not referring only to the above quoted -- You constantly just make up trades in your NBA-Live head, and then hate on Otis for not pulling them off. It's ridiculous.

HAHAHAHA first off i love being single out when im obviously not the only one who feels that one, otis is an ass, and two, otis needs to make a move.

Are you otis smith's illegitimate son or something? Whats YOUR deal?

NBA-Live head, that was a good one, but seriously did i ever "make up this trade" and then "hate on Otis for not pulling it off".

Nope.

Can you name some NBA-Live head trades that ive "made" up?

Just one, come on. Name one.

Point blank i know basketball, partner...Played my whole life and followed it just as long, and i dont make up NBA-Live trades.

You my friend, are an a$$.

Ya know, I can't help but wonder if this trade hadn't been discussed by Orlando and Memphis, and that is why Orlando had been inquiring about PG's (Stoudamire, Boykins) since our expirings are both PG's. Maybe it made more sense for Memphis to move Gasol and get Kwame, who at least plays the same position as Pau, rather than move him for a handful of guards and Patrick Garrity.

Let's hope and pray the next step is something along the lines of Miller and Warrick for our expirings + JJ?

It would only seem logical that Mike Miller is now currently dusting off his Mickey Mouse suitcase that he got his rookie year. Hopefully he comes home.

well you have to know that anytime a trade is being talked about behind doors that all GM's talk to the team, no matter who the player is or how bad the deal is...they all talk...and when they get off the phone they call the GM of another team and talk to them about what they were offering...and so on and so on...so I dont doubt that Otis made a call...it just wasnt the deal they wanted...i bet they probably passed on a few sweeter deals for this specific deal...you would have to assume that there was at least one better deal out there than this one...

Whattaya think, thief, Miller to Orlando? Good fit? Possible deal? Or will he be traded to Boston for Brian Scalabrine and some leftover cigars from the leprechaun in their logo?

*Edit: Turns out the leprechaun smokes a pipe. Go figure. And yes, I looked it up*
