PJ is already one of the BEST coaches this game has ever seen, 1 more title or not, he has that to his name already.
GOAT is another question. It all depends what one considers to be the Greatest Coach Ever; is it winning in different eras, with different styles, etc.

I still think Riley is the GOAT coach. Phil has enjoyed more success than Pat winning championships, but Pat's coaching ability is just off the charts. Can anyone else name a coach who has build systems as different as Riles has and enjoyed success with just about any of them (went from Showtime to defensive minded Knicks and made finals with both for instance).
Phil has a great system, and is easily top 3 among the best coaches ever IMO. However I think Riley is more versatile and thus I rank him nr 1 (for now).
