Alright, the off topic threads are getting a bit out of control. Since this has no real news, I am going to move it to the general board.

Let's sum it up:

-A cheap owner
-One lazy ass slob making 15 million a year that does nothing
-A choir boy GM who doesn't want to bite the bullet
-A mentally weak team
-A mentally (Please Use More Appropriate Word) coach
-Rookies/2nd year players not receiving enough minutes
-Players like Khryapa and Griffin getting more than 15 minutes
-Deng/Gordon/Hinrich have been inconsistent the entire season
-Actually, make that the ENTIRE team
-Joe Smith is our best player for crying out loud
-We are too talented to tank, too talentless to win, basically in NBA limbo

Shall I continue?

Paxson too scared to deal away Gordon + other young talents (while they were performing well last season) for the likes of Kobe, Pau, KG and now is stuck with Ben Wallace and his fat contract

Yes folks, above sig/tweet is real!
When asked about the state of his groin injury, Primoz Brezec had the following observation: "The groin is a gangster."

There players overachieved and the Bulls fans went wild, everyone agreed, and now they're showing how overrated they were.

I remember how insanely overrated all their players were. I got so frustrated with their fans I stopped rooting for their team (who was one of my favorite team when they were bad but had all that young talent) and all the players on the team i started to dislike

The fans were overhyping players on the team they were rooting for??? That's unheard of!!

Anyways, Chicago is cheap and their players have given up. Case closed.

Ya totally  the Bulls fans just took it to a whole new level.

As for the Bulls being "Cheap" they weren't cheap when they dished out that fat contract to Ben Wallace. Those players don't deserve the type of money they want.

True.

Chicago fans were saying that they didn't need to make any changes and they'd be one of the best teams in the East and can compete with Boston. Everyone else knew that they'd suck.

What's up with Chicago? They're overvaluing their young players. Well they did overvalue them and now that some of them are having off / bad seasons things aren't as bright as they once were in Chi-Town...

Hmmmm, that's weird, I saw millions of trade for Gasol or kobe thread in the bulls board even before the season started. Oh, I forgot you know more than anything about the bulls fans more than the bull fans themselves.

The Bulls could have easily put up a better offer then Brown/Crittenton and a couple of late first rounders for Gasol even without giving up Hinrich/Gordon/Deng. Seriously now, wtf? The Grizzlies go from demanding both Gordon/Deng to getting Brown and Crittenton?

Either Gasol wanted to be in LA, or Pax really is an idiot.

They were young players who were getting better every year as the team was getting better. I really don't see how they are/were overrated.

Alas sad times indeed... Before this craptacular season, we were in the top 5 in pts allowed and opponent field goal % during the Skiles-era. We didn't have sufficient firepower to blow teams out of the water, but hung around with suffocating defense to have a chance in winning the game... It's amazing that when you have a losing season, everyone from the GM, the coaching staff, the players, and the fans can look bad in every way possible.. S**t happens and there's always the next day to look forward to...

The Bulls offered Deng, Chandler, and the #2 for KG in 06. Tell me, would you rather have that or Jefferson?

The Bulls offered Brown's expiring, Thomas, and the pick that became Noah. Would you rather have that or the crap Memphis got?

That's the problem. When the Bulls had assets (and expirings) to trade, the other teams declined. Now a year later they are accepting worse offers. The incompetence of McHale and whoever is in Memphis now is what got us. That and Paxson traded away Chandler for nothing, and completely whiffed with the #2 pick.

Half of the fans still thought that Kobe would hurt them more than help them. They also thought that Gordan+Deng was better than Kobe and that chemistry was key.
