My buddy just sold his 2bd 1bth 1000sq Condo in Vegas for 250k profit (bought it prebuild for 99k four years ago sold for 349k) and moved to Detroit (job move) and bought a 5 bedroom 3 bath 3000 sq foot home for 97k cash free and clear. Personally i think he lost because who wants to live in Detroit?
