I know he doesn't deserve a bid, but damn, I don't know how I'm going to be able to watch it without him, it's depressing to see how downhill his career is going.

Pretty obvious and the right choice especially looking at all the guards in the WC, I mean Baron Davis got snubbed and he's on a better team, averaging more points, rebounds, assists, and steals.

it's the freaking injuries. just stay on the court dammit. that's his problem.

when he's been on the court HEALTHY, he's been his usual self.

i don't know if i will watch the game, my 2 favourite star players not in (BD & Tmac), i don't know, also vince carter was nice to watch even with his crap season, first all star game without carter and tmac, the 2 most criticized star players in the league ever but star players after all.

If I can't watch TMac I'd want to watch BD, but he's not going to be there either. =/

I think Rip making it over VC or RJ was even worse.

There is nothing outside of team record he's done better this season than both of them.

Why are you guys sad he's not going to the all star game?

I'm ECSTATIC!

He can't injure himself if he doesn't go!

Didn't he said earlier that he wouldn't play? He was no 3 in guards in West. But when I look at guys like Baron, Ray, etc it just amazes me

I'm happy I don't want T-Mac to go. I want Baron to go instead.

I can agree, I want him to go because he is my favorite player, I know he doesn't deserve it, and watching it without him just isn't the same.

let some of the younger guys have the limelight. tmac has enough fame. enough hype. enough expectations of being a "superstar".
let tmac concentrate on his mental strength. let tmac rest his body. let him be safe at home while players risk their lives in the unsecure warzone that is new orleans. ^^
