you think Kwame will take a VLE? I was thinking he would want some of the MLE, if not all of it haha...idk really...he doesnt deserve it, the VLE maybe...if he's cool with it...but he's like the JJ Redick of centers, he's situational...you cant put him in in the 4th with Dwight out while Duncan or Boozer or someone is going to work, he fouls like Pat Garrity, with regularity...i just think we might actually be able to do better...

Depends on if he wants minutes.

Did you read that on a message board? The Lakers are not resigning Kwame, but he would be good as a cheap back up for a team and he might be better in a smaller market where the pressure isn't so great. He sets a good pick and is a beast to move out of the paint. Don't give him the ball though. The Lakers said farewell and we will probably keep Mbenga for a few more games and see how he does. I have not heard anything other than fans' speculation that says we are bringing him back. We have 4 seven footers as it is.

in the last 5 games, averaging just over 30mpg he is putting up 5.6ppg 7.9 rebounds and 1.8 blocks and 2.5 turnovers a game...
Looks like Darko's numbers inverted. I'm sorry but I think Kwame would be a decent pickup. I dont really care how bad he's been in the past, he's a big body and he's still pretty young. He may not ever be more than he is now, but at least he's got little wear and tear.

The Magic need rebounding. Brown gives about 6 in 25 minutes played. That is a bit of an upgrade over either Battie or Foyle. And I think Brown should be considered under those lights.
Also, one could imagine that Brown would like to get back to the South East. He almost went to UF, and only Atlanta is closer to South Carolina. (Actually, the Hawks sound like a good fit for Brown).
