New York Trade Breakdown

Incoming Players

Eduardo Najera

Outgoing Players
Randolph Morris
Eddy Curry
Cash

Denver Trade Breakdown
.
Incoming Players
Eddy Curry
Sam Cassell

Outgoing Players
J.R. Smith
Chucky Atkins
Steven Hunter
Eduardo Najera

L.A. Clippers Trade Breakdown
Incoming Players
Randolph Morris
J.R. Smith
Chucky Atkins
Cash

Outgoing Players
Sam Cassell

Why for Knicks: We get an expiring contract in Najera, we also pick up a decent shot blocker in Hunter. Basically we get rid of Curry and improve as a team.

Why for Nuggets: They get the point guard that they covet in Cassell, but they also pick up some offense off the bench in Curry. Plus paring him with Camby during skits of the game could work.

Why for Clippers: They get some youth in Smith and Morris. Both are expiring, however could prove to be solid pieces. Also get veteran Atkins as a backup to point guard options.
Jazz: Under reconstruction, we'll be back.

From a Knicks stand point. Yea why not this trade couldn't hurt. Nuggets seem like their given the Clips a bit much tho. Cause essential they trade Najera & Hunter to NY for Curry and Morris. Then they could just send morris & jr smith, for Cassell. I don't think Sammies worth three capable players.

Sorry, we're (Denver) not interested in Eddy Curry. I wouldn't even trade each of those individual players straight up for Eddy Curry. Plain and simple, he is useless.

What's the point of involving the Knicks garbage players from this trade? The Nuggets have more then enough value to trade for Cassel.

A healthy Nene = Curry + defense. He's also a bit better at rebounding than Curry.

DEN doesn't need NYK in order to deal for Cassell.

Also, Manhattan Project: change your location. It's "too short", not "to short".
