There are ways around it. Namely letting Delfino handle the PG duties, which has only happened recently but I though would be a given. Anyways, like I said, I am not trying to rip on Sam but it was a stupid and indefensible move to actually have Jose and Juan on the court at the same time Kobe Bryant was going off on us.

Thanks for the sarcasm. Did you read what the complaints were in this thread? That Juan Dixon was guarding Kobe for a few minutes, and that Sam Mitchell likes to play Juan Dixon.

If you did watch the game against the Lakers, you'd know that Kobe torched everyone who tried to defend against him. AP and Delfino were giving him And 1's, Kobe was viciously dunking at will and making the majority of his shots. Sam tried someone quick on Kobe, while AP rested for 2 minutes longer and people freak out. And it's pretty well known that Mitchell doesn't really prefer to play Dixon. That's why he played Darrick Martin over him at times.
