yea but it wont hinder each other's audience totals... Most of US population will watch superbowl while the chinese watch nba game... its not like those viewers were going to watch the superbowl anyway.

Sure, but a lot don't have televisions or a lot of leisure time, and not everyone cares basketball, and especially about a meaningless game. It's mostly the fact that these estimated figures always tend to be so exaggerated.
