Keep running the ball through VC and Kidd... They're the only ones who are getting anything done.

VC looks like he is trying on D a little too much IMO hotshots... that's why he's picking up fouls...

Does it look like Kidd is trying to tank this game??????every time we get a run going Kidd seems to turn the ball over.

RJ is getting open jumpers from VC/Kidd - he's also making some great cuts.

I wish the Nets could play defense, they gave the Hawks so many open layups / dunks...

WoW!!!!!

Sentimenal FRANK starts Twin. This guy really needs to get fired. How can Thorn look at this guy and actually keep him. Frank doesnt understand the business he is in. WoW!!! Frank seriously has a crush on Twin.

Sorry you are gone twin, but when your contract is up we can sign you to what you are really worth. $500,000 - $1 mil.

Take Care. FRANK is going to miss you.

its alright i dont mind starting collins for one last game concidering hes such a nice guy and helped us get to the finals twice, and was a big part in getting us there in the playoffs.

you can hate collins all you want, but he still was a big part of the nets, so its great to see him go, but you still have to respect him as one of the better people in the lockeroom and on the team that still tries hard even tho he sucks.

We lost this game on offensive rebounding, turnovers and poor defense. We shoot 52% and still lose the game...that has poor defense written all over it. We have such a porous defense. Guys just don't seem to be in the right spots. Whether its overplaying on defense or not rotating properly, we just don't seem to be where we need to be. We lost the rebounding battle 38-32 and that was a huge difference cause they had 7 more offensive boards. The Hawks won all the hustle stats (off. rebounds, steals, blocks) and that was the game right there. Both teams shot 52%, we actually hit more 3s than them, had similar FTs made...yet we still lose.

This motion offense really does not fit this team. It only benefits RJ and Nachbar when his shots are dropping. We will not win games if Vince only takes 12 shots. I'm glad Vince is getting 10 assists which shows that he is playing within the offense but its not enough. We need to balance this offense with some ISOs for Vince or Vince in the post. I'm not saying Vince needs to score more. But he does need to have more touches and shot attempts. Put the pressure on the defense to rotate towards him. Just a frustrating game.

Even these statements are starting to be a bunch of BS. Frank sucks no doubt about it, but VC taking 12 shots has nothing to do with the offense. VC gets touches but he isnt being aggressive. Yeah you should pass the ball to an open man, but you cant be at the 3pt line and pass it to Kidd with 5 secs on the shot clock. VC has had many touches this year. I would even say as many as RJ, but RJ is being agressive.

Teams just double Carter as soon as he starts driving - he always hits the open man. He's the type of player that will differ to the open player even if all his shots are going in.

I think teams just go out w/ the mentality that they'll stop Carter and let someone else beat them.

hopeless. no contest. we are so slow. hawks just kept running right through us. Childress punked us over and over. Offense looks like we are walking in mud. it is pathetic how we can be one of the worst fast break teams. that takes an exceptionally slow lineup. who's as slow and weak as us when we attack the rim? Perhaps the Heat. Hard to think of another team.

Nice gesture to have collins start -- we where playing competitive with the Hawks when collins was in the game. Probably last time twin in a Nets uni. Probably last time Collins ever gets an NBA start.
