Most clutch players this season? (Non superstars)

he didn't have a buzzer beater in this season yet but he brought us back into some games this season. we were down by 10+ but he cuaght some fire and brought us back (to give us at least a chance of winning games)

Can someone really be called clutch on a team that's won less than 10 games so far this season? Also, can he be called clutch if he hasn't hit a single buzzer beater in the season?

Gamewinners are way overrated. If you can make your team comeback in the last few minutes then you are clutch. You don't need to hit the gamewinner.

Also if the score is very close the losing team doesn't get any credit. My friend who is a Raptors fan always tells me about these huge Raptors 3s like from TJ Ford in the Boston game (and more) that didn't matter in the end cause they lost.

Hedo is number 5 in the NBA in 4th quarter points behind Lebron, Kobe, Wade, and Joe Johnson.

He only averages .6 pts per 4th quarter less than Kobe and Johnson.

I had no clue about Outlaw, just checked the links, wow. Pretty clutch.

Though I'll go with Hedo, he's one of the clutchest players in the league, top 5.

Hedo. Two game winning shots. Game winning FT's in Philly. And has took over over a handful of games in the 4th to make sure we pulled them out. He just keeps hitting huge shots.

Wow. Bobby Simmons hits 3 3s in a row late today but the Rockets still lost.

See that's clutch, but it's not a gamewinner and the team didn't win.

speaking of hedo, what happened btween his time with kings and this year. he kina seemed to fall off the face of the earth. one year, he was killing the lakers in the playoffs, then the next i just assumed that he had retired.

Actually he retired & played 1.5 seasons Baseball & his highness is back to take he game over because he loves the game of basketball :roll:

hedo's been pretty good, but he's also a lot more experienced....
i give the nod to Outlaw, he's been long overdue as a prospect.
It looks like he's starting to fulfill his potential.

and Stephen Jackson has been mad clutch in the 4th, he'd be shooting terrible all game, until the 4th quarter gets there and he starts knocking down his shots.

and Baron has been clutch too in the 4th, it seems like he never misses.
