Thornton making some key plays down the stretch on both ends of the floor.

Kinda like how Kobe had that "bad" groin against us.

Well at least Al was able to come back and have another good game. He's been a real bright spot for us this season so far. I really hope that he can be an all star some day.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

You should see him when he's healthy. To be honest, if he's going to play he's pretty much all out.

Cavs win 98-84. Other than that LeBron guy, Big Z posed a huge problem against the Clippers. 5 Offensive rebounds, 4 blocks, the easy tip-ins, multiple shot-changing intimidations and just purely being able to tower over all of players. I'm glad to see Thornton have a decent bounce back game. It would have been much better had he shot better from the field (33%) but nonetheless he added 23 points (7-21 FG, 3-5 3-PT, 6-8 FT) & 7 rebounds. Knicks are up next. I truly hope that Kaman and Maggette will be back and in uniform, even if they are just coming off the bench. Kaman is definitely needed since we don't have the size to spare.

Thornton looked good out there. He was attacking Lebron time after time which seemed to wake Lebron up a little bit.

He has a nice shot and of course great athleticism, good pickup for you guys

I like Al's game a lot.. He just needs to understand shot selection a bit better, and play a little more under control...

Skills are there though, and I like the toughness...

I found that a tough loss, especially since they were up earlier in the game --- but they did a lot of things right, and what can you do when Big Z goes off for a double double, and LeBron gets some explosive stuff going late in the game.
It's going to help a lot to have more Clippers healthy. I hate to keep harping on that, but it is such a major factor in their fortunes right now.

This game was tough b/c we were so competitive until the last minutes. Like cinnamon said, it's tough to keep going back to the injury thing after every loss. What makes it hurt a little more is that our guys aren't even injured...they have the snuffles.

If anything, his shot selection is a strength of his. Most of his shots are either uncontested, or where he creates enough space to get a quality shot.

He still has much to learn before he gets better than Maggs.

Tough loss for the Clipps.
