1. not surprised at all.
2. he seemed to be not quite right.
3. he looked not as energetic as he can be.
4. makes one wonder whether the turkoflu is creeping up on him once again.
5. that they call it a headache is not very trustworthy.
only 10 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists shy of yet another triple double - anonymous

Where is that Magic fan to come in and post about how last nights game was a "moral loss" because we didn't blow out a sub 500 team on the road? :D

You know Turk has arrived when even the Turkoflu can't stop him from taking over the 4th.

I read it was just a headache, but nice to see him play thru it. btw you guys think he will get back to back conference player of the week award. Just looked it up his statline for the week is: 24.3 pts 8 Reb 6.4 Assist....but get this his shooting percentage is 61.3% (27/44) for the week.

FYI: Granger is good.

Granger is wicked good...

could you imagine how nice it would be to have one of the following?

The Magic are 7-1 with Arroyo in the starting lineup -- and 30-5 when they lead (or are tied) after the third quarter.

Both stats pretty impressive. For as much as we dog Arroyo, we are 7-1 in the last 8 with him starting. 30-5 when leading or tied starting the 4th. Thats very impressive. Sign of a good team, even if they do give up big leads often, for the most part they have battled back and finished the game well with the win. There is no way that would have been the case in the past.

It has nothing to do with Arroyo. Its Hedo playing out of his damn mind.

Hedo isn't gonna keep playing at this high level, I predict he's gonna cool down in the upcoming week(s). I think after 5-6 games we'll see Meer back, cause then Stan will realize that our winning streak had very little to do with Arroyo once Hedo cools down. Personally I'd like Meer back, for several reasons.I feel so bad for that kid, after all he had to go through, it's not easy to bounce back. But he's young and I'm confident that he can still learn to cut back on his mistakes.

He has been playing at this level for the whole season, which has been a couple months, and you think he will "cool" down in a couple weeks?

lol, ok

I was talking about the past 2 weeks, where he was playing
at superstar level. Averaging around 25 points, 7 boards 6 assists shooting from 50%+ from the field and averaging like 8 4th quarter points and making a lot of game winning plays.

Its probably wise to expect a slight decrease in production since these stat he is producing the last 2 weeks are "too good to be true"... however I like the fact that he lets the game come to him. The last thing SVG would want is Hedo getting caught in all the hype. As long as Hedo is producing in all areas the Magic will be fine even if he only scores 16-18 points...
