Well thanks for explaining. On the Blazers right now I'd say Jack is the closest thing we have to a one man fast break. And that's the problem isn't it, whether he has wings or not Jack is still more effective going straight to the basket on the break. So Harris must be better in that department and I didn't know about his defensive rep.

I think it likely this deal would only go down if Portland is where
they need to be (playoff contention) come the trade deadline.

If not, we can just sit back and be content to win 42-45 games
and wait for next year knowing Oden and Rudi should make
a world of difference next season.

I believe him when he says he's happy with the team. Just because he's happy with them doesn't mean KP is finished building the team. He's happy with the team for this season, there really isn't any player that is "on the trading block" like we've had for so many years now. There isn't a player causing problems in the lockerroom or getting in trouble with the law. The team has some of the best chemistry in the league.

They aren't perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but I can agree with Pritchard in that I'm happy with this team.

Yea - I can see that reasoning.

But for myself I wont be happy 'til the
Blazers are a threat to win the NBA title.

The team not having problem players
should just be a given, it should be
expected and not any type of bonus.

Atleast thats how I view it.
