Yes, Sloan is a robot. His programming follows a pretty simple code, but LHM has been trying for a number of years to install Sloan.2 but the integration has run into bugs and they keep re-installing version 1 so the fans don't see smoke coming out of his ears.

Yeah I heard that SloanXP works better then SloanVista.

Sloan is running on DOS. Whenever he leaves his mouth open, catching flies as he stares....that means he is computing his next move.
