Does anyone know how many years a player stays Poison Pilled, BYCed and such?
Like Mo for example signed his deal this year for 6 years. How many more of those years will Mo be BYC?

BYC= Base Year Contract (right?)
So only the first unless everything I ever thought I knew was a lie.

there is no set time or date that a poison pill clause expires, unless it's written that way in the particular contract.
I think you have confused poison pill with something else, although what you mention above really wouldn't apply to anything I can think of, not even a trade kicker, which is what I'm guessing you may be confusing poison pill with?
As for poison pill, it is not a clause written in a contract. It is an automatic status very similar to BYC. In fact, a player who is PPP one year will also end up being BYC the following year assuming that the extension would trigger a BYC year, which it would in all but the rarest of rare instances.
I think we did a pretty good job here explaining BYC and PPP

but if anyone has any additional questions still after reading that FAQ entry, let me know.
