Frankly, I like what Hermann brings better than Pietrus. He's never impressed me and if we actually had to give up that much to make that trade it's a bad deal for the Pistons. I mean, no way if it involves Afflalo.

That is exactly what i was thinking.

I tried to see where he found it and I couldn't find it anywhere. It also wasn't posted on any other board.

In addition Pietrus is looking to get paid and the players others are willing to ship out are just looking to be a part of a winning team.

why would i get banned, someone posted it on warriorsworld.net and i was curious what pistons fans thought.

and yes, apparently it might be bogus, since its not on the dfp website

http://forums.warriorsworld.net/main/msgs/1850230.phtml

anyways even if it is true, its a swap of back rotation players. in the pistons case, a guy they dont play

both expiring deals, so short term move

before we deal Walter he deserves a fair chance playing some meaningful minutes, why not sit Hayes for the few games left til the allstarbreak and lets see what Herrmann can do at backup SF...

Because you didn't post the source you took it from, trying to pass it off as more legit. Your source wasn't the Detroit Free Press, but rather some third rate fan message board.
Rip Hamilton is a stain on the Pistons franchise.

And whoever created the article needs to get their facts straight...Walter Herrmann was never drafted by an NBA franchise...

Even if it were true, it isn't significant. Bench players getting no minutes, both with expiring deals, I don't see it being worth the hassle.

Not good enough, I'm seeing if the trade checker will let me trade you to the Lakers board for Erik Eleven (he has a mead party always going).

Damn it won't work, something about PPP or BYC ah well, I guess were stuck with ya.

Go back to worshipping at the church of Amir and all will be forgiven.

Seriously though you are doing just fine, no worries.

So we trade a 6'10" combo forward who works hard for a low basketball IQ/ego driven version of Aaron Affalo?

Maybe if Hermann was still a Bobcat, this player for player trade MIGHT make sense....but this is horrible.

WW is a horrid source...

While a deal like that would make sense for us (and apparently you) there have been no legitimate winds about it...

BTW, Pietrus is an average defender... in the sense that he's extremely athletic and can make amazing plays, but can also frustrate the :censored: out of you by making a boneheaded play right after.

[quote="510Reggae"]WW is a horrid source...

It wasn't the source for this, the source was a troll that posted over there then here. A 'source' would be something posted on the front page, or a story.

If people judged realgm by everything that was posted over here...

As for 'horrid source...' I guess that's why we broke the news about Nelson coming back 2 days before any of the local papers.
