Is there another deal on the way?
There are way too many players that can play and make a lot of money and not enough minutes.

here is where a 2-for-1 deal would be ideal (well, not necessarily ideal, but it can be beneficial if done correctly). Trade two bench players for that perfect sixth man or something.

meh..matchups, injuries , rest all play a part. Giving key players rest will only help our cause if we can stay healthy. The confidence the bench will get from extended minutes will, again, only help.

This is a team that wants W's not minutes.

I'd like to see them keep the Team they have. get everyone HEALTHY and have them FIGHT for minutes. Phil is very fair, whoever is contributing PLAYS and whoever is not SITS...

WE NEED TO keep our depth, not 2-4-1 it away..

The best idea. maybe that mins rotation wont be bad until the end of the season, but the thing is, in playoff we have to have bynum, kobe and pau playing +40mins in the important and close games. so...we will be back a rotation of 8players, i guess. so, who will be out? depends on the rival.

Its amazing the Lakers go from walton being such a key starter to possibly being the one exluded in the bench rotation.

I do think tho that Ariza will get minutes backing up Kobe at SG and with Vlad in the team as our outside threat Sasha will only be thrown in for a heat check and if he is not hitting his shots he is gonna get limited minutes. It is probably Vlad or Sasha that get the biggest cut in play time.

Ronny plays sparringly here and there. He could get 15 minutes and score 10 points one game and not play the next.

Rad, the same. Plus he's a streaky shooter so having games where he doesn't play is good for his hand.

Even Farmar will have an off night while Sasha contributes as a scorer.

It all depends on the match that night. If we need more shooters, plug Vlad in. If we need more defense, Ariza is the player to go with.

Great problem to have.
