This team needs to stop being satisfied with "being only a few games out of the playoffs".

I don't think it is a coincidence that the only time in the past 15 years that we had a good team was when we had a legitimate GM (Grunfeld) and a legitmate coach (Karl). This team needs a damn identity and some direction. They are now tied for the 3rd worst record in the East. The Michael Redd experiment is over. I think he is a damn good player but the guy has been in the top 10 in scoring the past 3 years and the Bucks aren't any better because of it. They need to trade the value they have and start to re-build this team. Harris needs to stop playing fantasy basketball and start building a team. We need guys who can actually defend and rebound if we want to be a team that defends and rebounds. Stop signing the Desmond Mason's of the worlds. We should not be satisfied with being a perennial 7 seed in the East every year. This thing is getting close to rock bottom and we were the 3rd worst team in the league last year. You're losing the fans Herb.
