Joe Johnson. He's probably the most unathletic 6'7 player in the league, which makes it even more amazing on how good he is.

Earl Boykins COULD dunk. When he had his first notable season with the Warriors there was an article in sports illustrated where he was quoted. He said he could dunk in practice but was too afraid to try it in the game because he could miss or get his legs cut out from underneath him.

i'm quite sure that every player in the nba is able or at least was able to dunk the basketball.
i can do it without any problem, i'm 6'2'' and i wouldn't consider me a good athlete.

I haven't seen Lindsay Hunter dunk in a long time.

Anytime he's had a break away he's layed it up and in.

He's pretty old but still very quick its hard to say whether or not he's still got the hops to get up and dunk it.

Damon Jones probably cannot dunk.
In one of the Cavs games, he was wearing the mikes and they showed him going throughout warm ups.
during the layup drills, he went up to dunk and missed.
Then, he walked over to lebron and said excitedly "i got this much over rim"

so yea he probably cannot.
