Brad Miller player of the week ? Come on !!!!

Post#1 » by lakeshow248 » Mon Feb 4, 2008 11:48 pm

Ok his team won 3 games and he avg like 20.5 ppg and like 17 reb but Kobe always gets screwed on this, remember the 40 ppg he avg and still never got player of the month.

I just think Kobe's 2-1 record on the road, narrowly missing the Pistons game, and his 38.3 ppg avg with, 7.6 reb, and 4 ast is a little better than that.

Just my homer opinion but he had in his three games stretch vs. DET, TOR, and WSH some amazing shooting games, in all three he was 8-17 from three point land and from the floor 33-51 from 2 pt range was an incredible--.647 percent.......

Who cares about Player Of The Month, What matters more to Kobe is winning another championship.

I think they want as much player diversity as much as they possibly can... Kobe has gotten his share of "play of the..." awards in the past.

Let Miller have his moment... Kobe's taking a stab at the MVP and possibly a title run, both of which are far more gratifying.

I would've voted for Kobe, but it's not like Miller wasn't deserving after dropping 2 20 20 games and leading his team to a 3-0 record. Having said that, POW isn't really that important. Ws at seasons end is what matter.

OK, that's the 2nd time you've been complimented on your banner, so I had to turn on sigs to see what the hype was about.

Sick indeed...

Exactly my thoughts, but I like it b/c it reflects Kobe's deferring to the big guy in the middle, whoever that may be.
