J. Chill is really what's saving Josh Smith's arse. J Chill's extraordinarily high shooting percentage is offsetting Josh Smith inability to make buckets at a respectable percentage. I wonder what The Hawks stats and w/l record look like when J Chill isn't playing.

shawn kemp was one of my favorites as a child. An absolute monster. he made amare look like marc jackson (okay major exag, but he was awesome). I wish he didn't like crack and pork grinds.

The master of the post dunk stare down.

Master of the post pork rind stare down, and post cheeseburger stare down, and post crack stare down.

O.K., I guess no reason to make fun of such a sad and pathetic story.

He was a beast in his prime. Made me a Sonics fan.

I was able to watch the game tonight on Sports South, and was not very impressed by either teams. Although Smith had a monstrous game, I don't want him on the sixers at PF.

Iguodala played too soft. Why does Miller think he's a high scorer? Evans played Center?

I am considering pulling the stop cord to be let off the Lou Williams bandwagon. His lack of progress has been the most disappointing part of this season. I really thought he had a shot to be something.

He's obviously still young, but I'm no longer so enthused. The fact that the team never has him on the floor without Ollie or Miller speaks to how little faith Mo has in him as a pg.

I know it's probably for the better but this team pi$$es the hell out of me when they lose, so much for that good showing going into the all star break, with the way people were talking they thought they could make a run at the playoffs but I don't think that's happening.

Thank this game proved my other topic. Josh Smith can't play PF for the Sixers, this gives us more reason to sign Okafor Josh Smith is a great weakside shotblocker and can pass and rebound. His jump shot is worse then carney and he has no back to the basket moves what so ever.

Are you kidding me? After the game Josh Smith had, you're criticizing him? The dude has 7/13 for 19pt 6reb 9ass 9blks 4stls tonight.

And the Hawks are 5-2 without Childress...

I watched the game. You could have held on to that stat line. I seen what rebounds he didn't get and what wide open shots he consistently missed. J Chill was 9 of 11 from the field. He was the inside scoring presence for the night that saved J Smith's non shooting arse.

I was expecting to come on here and see a Smoove love affair. Instead I see a bunch of clowns not wanting to give him any credit. And SendEm he was 7-13 tonight. Chillz saved him? Who was giving him great passes for dunks every time? And Go look at his game log and you will also see he has shot the ball very well since mid December. Your posts have been so full of misinformation I don't know what to say.

People say that he's all about fantasy lines. But clearly they haven't watched a Hawks game before. Know your facts before you judge, please. He is the best player on the Hawks and going to be an All Star for years to come.

Josh Smith will never make an All Star game in his life
He's shooting .438% from the field this season and he shoots .438% from the field for his career
And let's not forget that he is a "Power Forward" shooting .438%

good game yall, Im not even gonna comment on SendEm's comments. Dude gets 9 blocks and you hate on him, then obviously your a sore loser and thats pretty childish. I really hope Thad Young blows up for you guys though. I really liked him in college. Dalemberts really surprised me too this year.

Send'em has a very low basketball IQ, I have him on ignore and am better off for it. I believe he is more into pissing people off than making sense.

LOL Wow you are completely clueless and have no idea what you are talking about. J. Smith is clearly a PF in the NBA. Most of his points come from posting up and driving to the hole. He also has developed a nice jump hook. He does EVERYTHING on the court! Please quit talking about things you obviously know nothing about. Good game to everyone else. Your crazy if you thing Smoove will never make an Allstar team. Sky is the limit for this guy.

I missed tonight's game but it looks like we had this game under control after a quarter and then let it go.

hit it on the head. the 1st quarter was like a dunk contest/game of horse. the rest was of the way we played pretty poorly. Thad played particluarly poorly against smith on defense, making lots of rookie mistakes but what do you expect.
