#2 in Hollinger's rankings!

BBQKITTENS!

I don't usually care for his formulas and all, but I'm impressed he's finally showing love for us. Glad to see us getting respect from those bastards at ESPN.

Check out the comment (not from Hollinger):

I really think the trade to get Kyle Korver is comparible to us getting rid of Jeff Malone for Jeff Hornacek. It really was a steal.

Marc Stein even has us at 5. Hope we can keep it up, and climb some spots. 2 rounds of home court would be golden.

Screw Hollinger. Although it is kinda nice to get a little bit of love from the media...

Yeah. I'm more surprised than honored, and I bet many here are too.

I agree, the love is nice, but I would rather not get any from Hollinger...I hate the guy!

ITs not love, its a formula. We were top 5 last yr too. Its heaved on SOS and pt Margin, both of which the Jazz have had a good number in. No love, just stats.

Yeah it's not Hollinger really doing anything, it updates automatically as i'm sure everyone knows. It's not a perfect system but it has predicted some teams' success in the offseason, I don't like Hollinger but the rankings system really is decent as far as something like that goes.

"Chris Paul is truly the league's MVP. He is showing leadership and consistency at such a young age. "

CP3 sure looked like the MVP last night with 6 points and 5 turnovers.
