Has the Phoenix owner lost his mind?

Mods, don't move this to the Shaq to Phoenix discussions. He's been selling draft picks for the past couple of years, pulling trades to get under the luxury tax (kurt thomas expiring? correct me if im wrong) including trading draft picks and now he's going to trade Marion and Banks for a broken down Shaq that's not even a shell of his former self. And Miami fans, DON'T GIMME THAT CRAP ABOUT HOW HE'S STILL GOOD, you guys argued that Shaq was mediocre and had to be carried by Wade to the championship... to top that off Phoenix loses Marion, who's also one of the most effective fastbreak players on that team. It's clear to everyone in the league that this trade makes no sense for Phoenix. What exactly is the gameplan for that organization? Does it fall in line with what they've been trying to do these past years?
