It's possible Drew could come off the bench, but I doubt it. He's working hard, we want to keep him happy, make sure he knows that Pau isn't here to steal his thunder, so I definitely expect him to be a starter when he returns, and feel he should be the starters, has earned it, and he and Pau are going to be lethal working the interior, especially with Kobe and Lamar working around them and the shooters hanging out outside.

Yeah, that's the funny thing about Lamar. It doesn't matter if he's the 2nd option or the 5th option. He's still going to average around 15/10/5 at the end of the day. That's exactly what makes him the perfect 3rd/4th option. His inconsistency can be hidden.

Even if Bynum is rusty and will play few minutes, he should start. PJ needs reinforce Bynum and make sure that he feels the love.
Bynum and Pau and Odom theoretically should all work together because they occupy different spaces on the floor. In fact, it's pretty much IDEAL.

Why not try to go HUGE during certain stretches of games? Not necessarily start, but against particular teams, I can see the FF being very effective.
Odom, Kobe, Radmanovic, Gasol, Bynum!
I don't think there is a team in the league that can defend that 5 on the floor at the same time.
Teams have to double Gasol and Bynum, which would leave either Radman or Odom open.
Odom and Kobe can be facilitator for the tri, and if all hell brakes lose, just give Kobe the ball.
Asides from being too slow on defense this might work.
