i have marion so hopefully well.
i dont think this will help shaq out at all.
1. because hes injured already
2. when he gets back he'll be playing with a great team with players that will get more touches then him (unlike in miami ).
Marions a little different.
It could go both ways but im going to say he improves.
Hes playing for a bad team, so he'll improve his scoring. He also is a great fantasy player because of his defensive stats and will probably grab every rebound on a weak miami team.
Most people believe that nash is the reason why marion is as good as he is and i really dont believe that at all. Mainly because marion is so key defense which doesnt have anything to do with nash. Marion is also averaging 16 ppg which i dont think can get any worse.
The only difference for marion is the playing style in Miami compared to Phoenix. Will he be able to adapt?
Im gonna trade him

I think his FG% will go down, and his points will go up. Boards will always be there, no one will take them away in Miami. You do have Haslem, but Marion will still get his double digits. His defensive cats (steals, blocks) will probably remain the same.
The only difference I see is a less-efficient, more scoring, Marion

I wouldn't say that..
but as for me im hanging on to him, His performance tonight in Detroit was pretty good aswell, maybe Riley told him something, but i really don't see Riley shutting down Wade unless he gets into a big injury, Riley and the miami fans would love to see how Marion/Wade work together to the rest of the season, something positive for the fans/organization to look forward to.

Diaw is a good pickup. You're still getting 4 assists from a center... That's worthy of a pickup before this trade.
It really depends on how healthy Shaq is. If Diaw is coming off the bench for a few more minutes (he difference between Marions and Shaqs minutes), I don't think he's that much more worthy of a pickup. However, if Shaq is sitting every other regular season game, Diaw is def. more worthy of a pickup.
