Mobley hits his 3rd 3 of the night and it is a 3 point game.

That was nice pressure on the defensive end on the Clips but the Celtics held onto the ball and Allen will go to the line to shoot 2. First goes in, followed by the second. 84-79 Boston lead.

81-84 Celtics after 3. Great way to respond in the 3rd quarter

84-81 Celtics at the end of 3. Clippers have worked their way back into the game. Another productive 3rd quarter (how often do we get to say that?). Mobley's shooting has been poor but the shots that he has hit have been big 3's. 25% from the field, 75% from 3. Hmmmm. Aside from that airball they've all gone in.

Not a good start to the 4th but we're only down 5

Kaman picks up his 5th on a careless swipe for the ball.

Tony Allen dices through the Clipper defense with a monstrous dunk. Maggette turns it over on a charge. Clips trail by 10.

Sorry to say but first to 100 wins. Let's see if we can break the law. Last time we tried against the Grizzlies and it didn't work :(

Davis is knocking everybody around (Powell, Kaman, Maggette).

10 points with 3:49 to go. I am not going to hold my breath. I'd be utterly impressed though.

Another loss for us :( . The second and fourth quarter killed us. Let's see if we can change our fortune around against the Raptors on Friday.

111-100 Boston wins. Other than Corey, none of the other guys really had a standout performance. Mobley hit his free-throws but couldn't buy a bucket (shot 3-15) other than the 3 3's he made. It would have helped to have had Thomas tonight to give us another offensive option since Sam was ejected in the 2nd and Kaman never established his presence in the paint. Next up will be the well-rested Raptors. It's good to see that Ford is back in action.

two good 3rd quarters in a row! i thought we might pull an upset going into the 4th but we couldn't keep it going. even w/o garnett the celtics are playing well. i'd have liked to have two road w's in a row but i'm glad we played hard and kept ourselves in it tonight. this is another one of those game i just know we'd have killed them if we had shaun and elton healthy.

Doesn't a flagrant two foul carry an automatic one-game suspension?

Well what can we do...

We played them fairly decent for three quarters. It sucks that we can tell that Kaman isn't back to regular form yet.

We fought hard but just didn't have enough left in the tank toward the end of the game esp. w/o Sam-I-Am. props to Corey for coming to play!
