The Magic might make sense as a destination for either Marquis or Foster as well. They have several expiring contracts in Arroyo, Garrity, Dooling and Evans. Packaging Evans with either of the first three would put them in range of Foster or Daniel's salaries. If they did that plus their likely mid-20s draft pick I think that's in the ballpark of what we're looking for. I'm not a fan of Reddick myself, but putting his salary with any of those first three contracts (leave out the pick) also works.
I don't follow the Magic enough to know if any of those guys I'm calling "contracts" is actually contributing for them. I do think that both Foster or Daniels would make sense for them. Their only bigs are Howard, Battie, and Foyle. They have the kind of team that I think maximizes Foster's strengths. Daniels may also be interesting for them since I don't see anyone on their roster that gets to the basket. I think he could fill a 6th man role for them.

Pacer trade
I'm a Pacer fan and with the deadline approaching we've been discussing whether the Pacers will be active. I was looking at other teams in the trade checker and it seems like you guys have contracts that line up well with some of our players that don't fit in with what we're doing, but that I think have value for you. Here's what I posted on the Pacer board and I was curious about Magic fans' thoughts.

The problem is that we'd be giving away both our primary/backups PGs .
Arroyo has been starting and Dooling the 1st off the bench while Jameer has been out.
Evans is a great fit for us.
Aside from that, and not looking into Foster's or Daniel's contracts, it would definitely be something to consider, imo.

I liked Daniels when he was with the Mavs and had hoped he signed with us, however Noew there is no need for him
Mo Evans has been contributing greatly and we don't want to let him go
Foster might fit in nice but if we give up one of our 2 pgs were screwd there
wouldn't even think about given u a pick for either

^^^ If you made it a first rounder you could definitely have Tinsley. Thanks for the feedback. Looking through the stats I do see that Evans is contributing well for you guys. Without his contract it makes it harder to get anything done for Foster. I'm not a Reddick fan (anti-Duke bias and with Dunleavy we have enough Dukies), but I'm curious about his value. Would you consider Foster for Garrity and Reddick?

I concur. The energetic rebounder we need.
Just to add, since I think it would make for a good parallel:
Wiretap - Bulls' Wallace Wants To Be Surrounded By Height wrote:According to the Chicago Tribune, Ben Wallace was campaigning for rookie big man Aaron Gray to get more minutes for the Bulls, saying that having a 7 footer by his side allows him to roam and be more effective.
In Chicago's win in Seattle on Monday, Wallace and Gray played a seven minute stretch together in the second quarter which saw Wallace grab six rebounds, five of them offensive.
"It opens up a lot of things for me," Wallace said. "When you've got a big body out there, they can't leave him and let him roam around. You have to pay attention to him when he's on the floor. That allows me to get lanes where I get to the basket and get rebounds."
