After Tonights Game vs Hornets

Your team needs to acquire a gritty back court defender that can play maybe 5-10min of good ball, particularly during the playoffs. Nash needs help, it's obvious and with Banks now gone I think this guy could help he played with Shaq a few seasons

Don't count on it under D'Antoni unless Kerr leans on him.

Anyone that we sign will have to come for the vet minimum, we already used our million-dollar exception for Hill. If Payton wants to come ride the bench for $770,000 then go for it.

Otherwise, go out and sign Pops Mensah-Bonsu.... look him up and trust me. He was on the Mavs for a while and was tearing it up on the Ft. Worth Flyers here in the d-league.

all those boards that Grant Hill went for woulda been put backs by shawn...it was odd, how I expected Marion to get the board and put the ball back in the hoop, but then I realized it was Grant Hill playing.

Suns just too "loose" during crunch time... still relying too much on ball movement... when the defense is putting higher pressure.. should be looking inside to draw a foul...

Crunch time basics 101.

Well since the game thread got locked I'll post my thoughts here. I went to the game last night and boy what a game. Haven't had that much fun at a game since game 5 v. the spurs. Barbs was huge. Really dissapointing we couldn't pull it out. Couldn't believe how many people left early when we were down 4 with like 20 seconds left. I thought to my self afterwards thats why I never leave a game early because you never know.

I like DJ as our backup. He is young, quick and gritty type of player. I liked what he did when he was in.

Don't worry. There is going to be a big guy wearing #32 down there as well as #1. The put backs will be there soon enough. Just won't be in matrix flair but rather a vicious dunk.

We need to get a sharpshooting D leaguer....or at least someone young. Get someone who rides the pine that can learn, not just be old and take up space
