Are we sure that Roy is playing? It says he didnt travel with the team on Thursday, but maybe he will just join them later.

well, games vs. teams like detroit is where the blazers show the most how good/bad they are, so i would like to see the blazers to play as complete as they can.

With or without Roy, I think this should be a competitive game. Outlaw will have to look to score more in order for the Blazers to win but the key is teamwork. As long as this team keeps feeding the ball to the hot players instead of making atrocious mistakes (JACK), we could see a win.

Roy had to goto Seattle for a family matter.
He would know by tonight if he will be playing in the game or not.. .

If Roy is not able to make the game I dont see think this one going well. First off the pistons 2 best defenders matchup very well on LA and Outlaw (Wallace and Prince). On top of that Billups always give our PG fits and not to mention without a true backup 2 we would have to have one of our PGs on Rip. This has YIKES written all over it.

Right now Nate is considering Roy as "doubtful" for the game.

Tomorrow could be brutal.

Except for Roy, Nate tends to take players out right when they've hit a few shots in a row.....or doesn't run plays for them at all. As for Jack's mistakes, those keep happening and Nate has rewarded him with a starting spot again. Jack is now the league leader in TO's off the bench....well, not anymore, now he's a starter.

So Sergio last year was 3rd in the entire league in Asst/48 mins and one of the league leaders in Asst/TO ratio but Jack is #1 in TO's off the bench so he is made the starter.

I'd be lying if I said I got it....

I think we should start Martell and run plays for him and run more plays for LaMarcus as well. Either of those guys should be capable of scoring 20 points on any given night.

As a Piston fan, I really like your young team and hope you guys do well in the playoffs. Good luck (besides tonight  ) and good health the rest of the season.

Yep, tonight is going to be brutal. Besides Martell, another thing I'd like to see is the team feed the ball to LMA in the post. I don't know if it will make a difference, but Sheed seems to do a great job defending opposing PFs who rely on their mid-range game.

Nice to see our old friend Sheed adding some fuel to the fire.
