honestly i think swill is a better 6th man for this team right now because hes a rookie. but krstic isn't ready yet to start i think he needs more time, if anything let stromile get more minutes until krstic is ready

Krstic initially scared me coming off injury, how he was playing in the beginning of the season...maybe now if he's (really) ready, you just insert him in the starting lineup with Boone...
I dont think Kristic has to earn his spot back...but I would be ready to sit him in a heart beat if he was playing hesitant...its nice to have Stro and SWill waiting to come off the bench...

So in this scenario Boone slides over to the 4 I guess.
I do like the idea of two "energy" guys like SWat and Stromile coming off the bench. In the East I can think Stromile as a backup C can work and SWat is the 1st option off the bench to relieve the PF spot.
My take on who starts is in general you don't lose your starting spot due to injury unless your replacement is playing at a superior level and esp. considering SWat is a rookie and has too still get stronger & learn the game more I think his playing back up minutes but more balls to the wall (not so much worry about fouls) fits him better for now.
It might improve the Nets bench which is pretty awful (you got Boki sometimes, Marcus sometimes, Allen sometimes, Antoine is just useless right now so maybe a Stromile / SWat injection will help).

I don't think it makes any difference whether he starts or not, he's going to get full minutes ASAP. Both Boone and SWill are undersized and small and inexperienced for the center position -- not one of the easier position to learn at the NBA level. Krstic is the versatile big that the team desperately needs to deliver and produce from the 5 position and match up with opposing team's legit 5s. Krstic will get the minutes he deserves and the team needs.

I like everything youn guys have said about who should start and who should our bench be BUT... we still have Frank and all these will be nothing. Frank is a stubborn coach and he will stick with Nackbar at PF and because of that he would have to give Wright plenty of minutes to give both RJ and VC some rest, i am oppose to that.
