That was one of the best interivews I've ever seen, earlier. TNT's great.
Charles and Kenny asked great questions... and on a number of those things - what a spin job by Kerr! Especially on the system/roster, Gasol-reaction, and Marion-reason questions and answers.
Could tell Charles after the interivew was not liking, believing in things too much. And that's justified.
Kerr did what he could do, because he's the Suns GM. But between those guys, Kerr's bias aside, there are things he said that were reaches, or not favoring, to happen.
Also aside from the other topics mentioned, the stuff about the medical staff w/ Shaq was convenient to say by Kerr - but this is Shaq here. Especially with what's gone on with him in recent years, his aging/declining, and the inevitable with his health, and possibly motivation.
So Ron Kulp (I think) and his staff in Miami are a level off compared to Phoenix's med staff? I don't buy it. Shaq can still play for sure and be effective to an extent, but there's going to be a number of bumps, cracks, and roadblocks.
In addition, Kerr said tonight he didn't like the team as it was before for the playoffs, for the title, and against the big men. Also that the spark was lacking.
D'Antoni has said twice this year, before and after the Shaq trade that he feels they were and still are the best team in the NBA, and can legitimately win it all.
D'Antoni repeated that stance today on PTI. The first time he said it was at one of the last two Laker games.
That's just a definite contradiction, not only between Kerr and D'Antoni generally, but from what Kerr said about the team and about D'Antoni tonight. This just hasn't been realized from the both of them, and will stay that way, I'd guess (which is for the best for the Suns). Unless the media picks it up and puts it out there.

I loved that, for what he asked Charles asked just what was needed to be.
