I just threw up a little in mouth thanks to Mahorn. JJ Redick? Really? Stop. Fran Vasquez has given no indication that he's pulling an Eddie Murphy and Coming to America anytime soon. And that pick is going to be down in the 20s which as we found out last year, doesn't mean a whole lot. My head hurts.

I'd only take Reddick as a throw-in and then I'd make him sit between Shav and Amundson wearing a chicken suit.

Would we? Would they?

Miller, Ollie, Booth, Evans and Utah's pick for Jermaine O'Neal?

O'Neal would be a huge expiring to possibly move next year. We would be buying low, becuase O'Neal wants out and he has an injury history.

Bird would get a PG to run his team, plus Bird is known to make some risky moves.

Tough one...JON's injuries and Miller's current play make this one tough to make.

Count me out. If we went after O'Neal (and I don't want anything to do with him), I wouldn't be for getting rid of Miller. Also, doing this trade removes the option of doing something this summer and I'm all about options.

As long as we do not trade Miller for either Varejao or Gooden we will be fine. They have been often linked with Miller and the two are one of worst imaginables players, which we might get in return.

Personally I do not think we will trade Miller. We likely won't get any interesting players back and more important we do not have any serious chances to win the lottery. We are pretty much locked in between 7-14, with or without Miller. And I also think that Miller is not inclined to change the team. He plays great basketball so far and he seems to connect with our guys. I am sure he wants to take a closer look what we will do in the offseason.

I'd do A. Miller to Memphis for M. Miller, filler, and their first.

I was just throwing O'Neal's name out there. I am also not a fan of his.

Unless something very creative comes about, I do not see this team making a big move. Perhaps a team wants bench scoring or depth up front and makes a move for Green or Evans, but other than that I do not see much happening.

I would if I was them. You only have to keep miller long enough to work with Conley, then he comes off.

Start Navarro, and use the cap space when Miller's off to sign a scorer.

Hell...if they don't like that just make sure Crittenton's in the deal and keep the pick. a real 2 who has size would be great for us.

I'm lost. Are there rumors for any of these deals or are they all just being plucked from the sky?

Another 3-way...

We get- Ike Diogu, Randolph Morris, David Lee and Fred Jones, picks

Pacers get- Andre Miller and Zach Randolp

Knicks get- Jermaine O'Neal

Each team gets better, gets what they want.

Lee gives us a great young PF, Morris and Diogu give us potential and depth up front and we get cap space.

Thoughts?

Knicks give up far too much. Randolph and Lee for the injured, aging JO?

O'Neal is still only 29, and the Knicks are able to move Randolph and his contract in the deal. Also, you forget that it is Isiah that we are dealing with. Isiah's man-love for O'Neal may be enough for him to part w/ Lee.

Indiana gets a quality Pg and a very good post presence added to a team on the brink of the playoffs.

Additionally, many posters on this board fail to realize that teams must GIVE in order to receive.

It's time for Isiah to let Lee go. Lee has already proven that he's not good enough to play his way into the lineup so let him go already. Stop worrying about looking bad if you trade him away and he then excels. If Isiah really believed in Lee he wouldn't have traded for a Power forward...

Isaiah's not a good enough coach to bring a guy along anyway. I wouldn't base anything on anyone's progress under his watchful, glassy, clueless eye.

The funny part about this thread is that you will know when Sixerfan responds (if he does at all) by the page count jumping from about 4 to 8 in the span of 15-20 minutes.
