Now he throws Windmills and off the glass with ease. Could JJ get some action in the Slam Dunk Contest in a few years? Fans would love it. He's sure to win, not just short, but white and unathletic, that's a combo even Jordan can admire. JJ can get 13 feet easy!
Well i dont know about windmills like you say, but I was impressed with the way JJ was dunking in warmups the other day. I didnt think he could jump that high but he does have some hops. It grabed my attention.

Still, I know J.J. can play and while I do not want him to be traded, at some point a guy needs to move on.
I do expect the Magic to make a deal at the deadline involving at least one player so we will see what happens.
Well thats a sigh of relief.
Have you heard any rumblings about a trade even though Otis is firm on staying the course?

Well, where there is smoke there is usually fire. Too many articles in a row for there not to be one imo. He's our only un-used tradeable asset to go along with nearly 12M in expiring contracts. It would be a major disappointment to me if the trade deadline came and went without a deal getting done. I would understand if this team was stacked at every position, but that clearly is not the case. I'm very happy with the progress of this team, but that doesn't mean that we should stop that progress. In my mind, your either moving forward or your standing still. To not use assets at our disposal to continue to get better, would be almost criminal.

I still think if JJ is traded and Bogans stays the Front office needs to be slapped one by one.
JJ said it best himself, this team doesn't play him due to his defensive liabilities, but 9 or 10 SG's have had their season highs against this team.
JJ has potential, is a PURE shooter, works harder than anyone on the team besides Dwight and fits this system perfectly...
Bogans needs to be out and JJ needs to be in, I don't care what the matchup is, as said, Bogans doesn't seem to be getting the job done anyway. At least JJ does something on offense.

We don't need more offense!!!!!!!!!!! We need defense and rebounding and Bogans does that way better than JJ.

I've been in that line for a long while so you'll have to get in line

But yeah Denton has inside connections. I don't know that he would want to turn up the pressure so maybe they are shopping him. Still I have huge doubts that any GM outside of Isaiah Lets media reports tempt them towards a player. Been some shall we say highly unusual trades this year so maybe we get something worth something back

He's had his moments but he's not Ray Allen by any stretch, then again he doesn't get enough floor time to really get hot. I'd like to see the guy get some minutes, don't get me wrong. I see no reason why we can't split up Bogans minutes with him...not Evans though, that can go with the best of em energy wise.
???
I didn't say a thing in this thread.

OK....J.J. got a little time tonight. Twice, when a defender closed on him, he took the ball into the paint and put up a jumper in a lot of traffic. He missed both. I am surprised about how many times he has done that when he finally does get playing time. It wouldn't seem to be his strength. From what I remember watching him in college, he scored mostly off deep launches. Can anyone explain this?
